Program Description

TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT PROGRAM (PAP)
In accordance with standards established by provincial governments, Canada’s Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) allow Canadian provinces to nominate individuals wishing to immigrate to their territory. Each province and territory in Canada has its own PNP, tailored to its economic and demographic needs. Successful applicants receive a provincial nomination, which they can use to apply for permanent residence with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
